Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

By default it's at 192.168.1.1, and you'll need your own IP address to be in the range of 192.168.1.x as well. But that's assuming it's left at it's defaults.

Try downloading the manual from the manufacturer's site.
Also look for a factory reset button on the unit to put admin password etc back to default as per the manual you just downloaded.
