Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Nokia E61 and Blackberry Connect problem

    Hi,

Having some trouble with my E61.
The device was bought from Vodafone but my account is with O2. I removed the Vodafone setting and I got all the grps setting from O2 band can get online no problem, I also have no trouble setting up my gmail account on it.

Where I have trouble is connecting it to my corporate email. I followed the instructions and have the latest firmware and Nokia connect software. It syncs up to the PC fine and downloads my calandar details and all the settings are as per the manual but the device doesn't download any emails. No errors appear but when i try and wireless reconcile I get the message "Operation Fails".

When I check the data log I see it tries to connect thru a gateway/service called Blackberry2. I see no where on the device where I can configure this setting to O2s dataservice. (does O2 use their standard gprs gateways for blackberry data?)

So can anyone help me out? any help would be appreciated.

Has the device been setup on your Corporate Blackberry server and has your O2 sim been provisioned for Blackberry access

The IMEI and Pin numbers were entered on the BES alright.
O2 informs me that my account has been enabled for blackberry too.

contact o2 data support and make sure that your pin is provisioned correctly on the blackberry relay...could be still active as a voda pin
