Polish window supppliers

Hi, am about to embark on a self-build in Clare (3200 sqft dormer) and looking for any advice/experiences/prices on sourcing windows from Poland.

Have found one site www.orlita.pl which seems to have a good range but their english version of the site is a bit limited, plus no comments on prices/shipping costs etc.

Especially interested in window/doors with built-in bug screens, you would not believe the wildlife we get flying in on summer nites. Irish supppliers don't seem too keen on the bug screens:( .

My Colleague bought windows from Poland, windows are brilliant, all the doors leaked, luckily he had a tiled hall otherwise all the timber would have been ruined.
He is happy with them other than the doors.
I can't remember if they are orlita or not.

Thanks maly07 - will need to get a Polish dictionary to figure out that google search tho!

Do you know of any Irish importers who are bringing in stuff from Poland ? I'd like to see samples before placing an order. Thanks

Unfortunately i dont know any, just saw ur thread and being Polish i thought i might help u. Just keep clicking one after another (they're all window and doors manufacturers) and look for english ver.

Okno/okna = window/windows
drzwi = doors
