Will eircom route me elswehere?

Ive sussed out my eircom 3meg bb is slowing down majorly at peak times but is only on the hop to and leaving Limerick.
Im in Monasterevin Co Kildare.
Basically ive contacted many people from other parts of Kildare and theu are not suffering from this issue as they are not routed via Limerick.
Everyone in Monasterevin ive spoke to suffer the same issue with the Limerick hop.

Im tired ringing eircom about it for the last 7 weeks,no joy..
Is there any way i can sort this?Any chance they route me elsewhere?

The only other option i have in my area is eircom product resold.

I suppose you need to get through to people who have a clue. Sometimes the network team have an address like Noc (at) eircom.ie /eircom.net

And networks [at] eircom.net
