It looked like they had cancelled one of my orders, but when I contacted them (giving the order number) they said they were having technical difficulties and that my order would be dispatched within 24 hours even though there was no sign of it in my account.

When I log on to My Orders it says "No authorised orders could be found." even though it had the order status as Dispatched earlier on :rolleyes:.

Yeah i got an email confirmation today as well, but as im a newbie to all this i only got one try at it,

@acquiescefc->I wasnt logged in, it was my password manager that recognised me, whenever you logged onto a site you'd have your username+password already filled in, all you would have to do is click the 'log-in'
IRONIC this site doesnt log me in-for some strange reason ?, but thats another problem post for somewhere else!

CD-WOW have apparently been having 'technical issues' for the last couple of weeks.

"Please note that we have been experiencing a few technical difficulties that are currently affecting a small proportion of our customers; although I can assure you that our IT department is working intently in order to rectify them as quickly as possible."

I have had various problems. Order placed, confirmation recd. but no Worldpay receipt email. Pending orders disappearing. No dispatch emails. etc

Usually sorted out with a quick email to Customer Services, who in fairness, seem to be working their socks off.
