We just got BT broadband after Smart imploded there, but the useless idiots have been down for the last 4 days. I'm tapping this in on dial up here. This may be a silly question, given the nature of the problem, but is anyone else having the same problem? Their support is utterly useless, a "global issue" seems to be the problem. We've a year long contract signed with them too, dammit.
