Anyone want to swap?

Alright lads, I’ve a mate who’d be interested in playing for us. He’s a quality footballer and would be a great addition to the squad, but obviously the squad is full.

But of our 23 players there seems to be a fair few missing judging by the weekly turnout, so if anyone can’t make it anymore cos of the timing of the games, injury, or whatever, let me know if you want him to buy out your position.

he can play pretty much anywhere, though down through the years he mainly played central either in the middle or up front. Am sure he'd do a good job on a wing, and could fill in in defence if needed I'd say. Can pick a good pass.

Giz is now a fully paid up squad member - I met with Shane/Roddy23/Keeper last night and paid him.

Shane said that his mates Andy (cant remember who that is) and Egon are out of the squad. No reason mentioned, just said theyre looking to sell their spots, and he said €50 each should do it.

Obviously I wont be anywhere near full match fitness for the next 4 to 6 weeks but the Xmas break should help me get back into the flow.

Yup in the usual venue. 5.30pm kick off so be there for 5 if possible. I doubt anyone will object? If not then welcome back!!

Good to hear the injury is healing Keith, welcome back.

Defo should get a friendly or training over Christmas to give people coming back from injury/suspension a game and keep everyone ticking over.

It's Simon's favourite bearded wonder this week I think. I think he likes us? We've scored four goals and conceded none with him in charge of our games, he's like our lucky charm.
