Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Are you calling it from an ex-directory landline or a mobile with id withheld #31#etc. ?

I'm having the same probem with a motorola e770v. Been through all the menus I can find. Might have to ring vodafone...

Make sure Vodafone have the Caller ID box ticked on their systems. Very easy for the sales person to not tick it when doing an upgrade.

can also happen if you have duplicate contacts...but probably it's voda setup on HLR
