    Hello people, new 2 this site but basically im trying 2 find out bout getting HGV licence, have couple questions. If there is any 1 out there who can help me please contact me.

    By HGV I presume you mean a licence to drive an articulated truck. It's now known as a C+E licence.

    You will need a full category B (car/small van) licence first.
    Then you can apply for a provisional C (rigid truck) licence.
    Pass the category C test and get a full C licence.
    Then you may apply for a provisional C+E licence.
    Pass the C+E test to get full licence.

    (More suited to Motors or Transport Forums ;))
