A golden oldie.....


Son asked his mother the following question:
"Mum, why are wedding dresses white?"

The mother looks at her son and replies,
'Son, this shows your friends and relatives that your bride is pure."

The son thanks his Mum and goes off to double-check this with his
father.

"Dad why are wedding dresses white?"


The father looks at his son in surprise and says .......

Ah I though this was going to be this one -

A father and his 6 year old son are attending a family wedding, halfway through the sermon the boy turns around to his dad and whispers "Dad, why is the girls dress white", to which the father replies "Its supposed to signify that its the happiest day of her life", the boy seems satisfied with the answer but after a few minutes Turns to his father again "So why is the guy wearing black ?", his father nods sagely and says "Now you're getting the idea son" .....
