Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Just picked up a Plasma TV for my parents there.
    I wasn't expecting much in the line of service but to give them their dues I was pleasantly surprised.
    The salesman was well-informed and helpful.
    There was a bit of a problem around a Sky+ deal that was being offered which was resolved to everyones satisfaction by the manager and the salesman.
    I've complained enough about big companies so I thought I'd come on and give one a round of applause.
    I would recommend shopping here to anyone.
    Price wise, you can probably get cheaper online, but that wasn't really an option for us.
    That aside, I'd shop there again if the price wasn't much different.

    It's certainly nice to hear good feedback. People often don't bother giving kudos where it's due half as much as they bother complaining.

    I'm an employee in Harvey Norman myself. I've sent an email to make sure that your good review gets seen by the proprietor in the electrical department in Naas.

    I'm glad to hear the people concerned will be getting acknowledged.
    My mum was with me, and we were both very impressed.
    It kind of goes against my religion to be giving credit like this to a superstore like Harvey Normans! I run a small IT business myself so I can't honestly use the "where's your comeback, faceless corporation" line on prospective customers anymore. I did say honestly though :p
