Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi, first post!

I'm after getting a Nokia 7360 off eXpansys for my girlfriend for Christmas. Does anyone know what I have to do to get this phone to work with a Meteor pre-pay SIM? The phone is listed as
'Operating Frequency * Triband GSM 900/1800/1900'

    Hi welcome.
What message are you getting when you put in the sim?

If you got it from expansys, it should be sim free. That phone should work with a Meteor sim with no issues. That operating frequency is fine.

    Thanks for the replies.

I presumed the box would be sealed - which I didn't want to open as it's supposed to be a present, so I hadn't tried it with a SIM card.

After looking at the box I saw it wasn't sealed, so on taking out the phone I realised - I'd ordered the wrong one! Doh!

She wants a 7370 not 7360, and now after looking at them again she wants the 7373.
Checked out a few on ebay - most seem to be originating in Hong Kong. They're working out at about €50 cheaper than eXpansys. Anybody any experience of ebay phones?

the 7360 is discontinued, so just get her something different or get it through o2 or vodafone prepay and unlock it

    I'm after getting her a 7373 off Komplett - €279, versus €325 off eXpansys.
