Is anyone else having trouble recieving mail on ntl mail servers the last few days? (xxxxxx@ntlworld.ie email address)

I'm getting this everytime I send an email thru my NTL POP based mail.
I'm using smtp.ntlworld.ie thru outlook and get the following back when I send any email

"Mail from your IP is currently blocked based on RBL listing"

I just know there is no point calling NTL support

No trouble here, but I don't really use my ntlworld address anymore. OS X's Mail hasn't had any trouble connecting and checking for mail however. I have it set to check every 5 minutes. It does occasionally go offline though.
