14/12/06 - The Penultimate Day

No exam today, final one is tomorrow. A combination of general laziness and alcohol consumed last night has left me in a rather over relaxed mood. The theme music for this post sums my mood up nicely. Care free! The calm before the storm tomorrow really.

Once again I want to make people aware of the session of death tomorrow, all welcome.

Also, if anyone has any recommendations/requests for the theme music to my last day post, please forward them to me!

All very good selections Trilla. I had in mind, Blur - Song 2, Kaiserchiefs - I Predict A Riot, Kiss(?) - Schools Out, Frank Sinatra - My Way.

I want something that will capture the emotion of the day but also the madness of the session afterwards.

Ah apologies, well seen as Kiss was a rip off of Cooper, its an understandable mistake. Good call, its almost the ideal song, can anyone beat it?

See, songs depend on ur mood. u could even have Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars as the theme as it is slow enough to capture emotion, but can also build ya up for goin out, as does mr brightside, Basket Case, The Darkness, and if ur lokin for Kiss....God Gave Rock n Roll to You! killer song!

15/12/06 - Day 0

Last exam went great, done about 20 minutes study for it. Jammy.

The session of death began immediately after. We occupied the front bar of Scraggs and began to consume 3 eur pints of Fosters. I vacated the premises at 5pm and passed out when I arrived home. I woke up fully clothed aat 9pm and thought it was 9am Saturday morning! Was raging I missed it all....then it hit Im still in the game baby.

Showered and food and back to Scraggs. The dementia inducing Southern Comfort and Red was consumed in large volumes. It is around this point where the night becomes hazy.

Last day of college ever, a strange feeling indeed.

I explained to knockers that I received a nasty kick to my knee in a game on Sunday resulting in stitches in my knee, on anti bitotics for the week so cant drink im afraid!

twas quite good.
shayk1 was out. only probs was that nexus wasnt open coz students are gone so we went to scraggs first, then o'loughlins til closin, then went for drinks back in a gaf.

i honestly had the worst hangover EVER this mornin! i was all dizzy n all. it was like still bein hammered but sober and wit a pumpin headache!

i was meant to get a lift off me sister at 6:30 this mornin but i still hadnt come home by then so i sed i'd go for the bus, but didnt. then i missed the train, then had to put up with the bus in me really bad state. then walked a mile or so home in 1degree celsius temps, which was actually nice coz i had the sweats on the bus. reason i was goin up that early was to mind some kids, but i wasnt needed in the end so coulda feckin stayed in bed! still dyin a bit now.
