Does anyone go North for their kerosene, if so what kind of a saving is there. I hear alot of people go to culloville and there is a big saving to be got on a few hundred litres .

Well I know we used to, but AFAIK the savings stopped several years ago when the British fuel prices went to s**t?
I would be interested in hearing about this too.

I phoned around today for a few prices. Prices as follows:

Watters Culloville: 45.9 cent per ltr
    Dundalk Oil Texaco: 57.9
    Kilkerley Oil: 57.9

So on a thousand litres you would be making a nice saving by going North. Saying that it all depends how close you are to Culloville and have a van or trailer. A few of those 20 litre plastic drums will do the job, any of the local car washes or chip shops will be glad to give you these drums.
