Roof Felt Torn.

I went up to the attic today for the yearly chore of hauling down the Christmas decorations. I'm not in the attic too often, but today I noticed that the felt/membrane/sheath that sits over the rafters and under the tiles is torn. I can see the underside of the roof tile.
