Drawing up House Plans

    Hi All,

    I am looking for recommendations for someone to draw up our house plans. We are in Co. Kildare (Monasterevin).
    Any recommendations for someone who wont charge the earth for drawing them up?

    I've been quoted from 1 to 1.30 Euro per square foot + VAT.

    This was by architectural technicians in the Laois area.

    Architects tended to price based on percentages of the build costs from my experiences.
