Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Guys,

Does anyone know where I can get a document scanned into PDF format. I have an old project write up I want to scan in.

you can use http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator to generate a pdf from any file you can print.

so all you need to do is scan it in as whatever your scanner is set to do

Don't forget it will be a pdf of an image, you would need to use OCR to get text and that don't work too well on handwriting.

If you are looking for a commercial service to generate a pdf from a paper document then you are in wrong forum. Ask your friends / family that work in large offices as many will have big multifunction copiers that will scan to PDF or multi-page tiff, and a lot of contracts only charge per page printed but I'm not 100% sure there won't be a click charge of 1c per page or something.
