Just got my new limited edition red Ipod Nano from NY. Just wondering if anyone knows how long it needs to be charged for the first time before use? Is it like a mobile phone where you have to charge it for over 12+ hours because I charged over 5 hours last night and it was fully charged? Heard its important to fully charge the battery before using it to maximise the battery life!

Once it says it's fully charged you should be grand. Same with mobiles to be honest.
