    I am wondering does anyone know where I can source one of these. Is there a way of knowing from the outside what drive the pack has?

    got mine in xv 2 weeks ago with the samsung drive.
    there is no way of knowin before unless u open the box and check, so id say its difficult..

    look for batch numbers on the box lower than 633. also do some good research on digital-forums which has some good links with xbox 360 databases showing what batch no's correlate to what drive.

    samsungs are dead easy to flash too

    just cant wait until an easy full xmbc type thing works on 360 now!

    Picked up my SATA card, connectivity kit and unlocking kit today :D

    I purchased my Pro unit at xtravision and it also has a samsung drive.
