Looking for a bit of advice on a heating system. We're renovating 3 flats and want to put in the best system for a small space/ small demand. There'll be a small amount of rads and one electric shower. The old system had a tiny hot water cistern under the kitchen sink and one big gas boiler for the 3. I want to put in 3 individual boilers but am not sure on the type of system to go for. I'm thinking sealed systems, with the mains at the kitchen sink going to 2 small tanks in the attic, one feeding the sinks toilets showers and the other for the boiler and heating. Any ideas?
