Lost power supply for my DSL gateway

Moved house and the adaptor for my 3COM OfficeConnect 3C857 has gone walkabout... anyone else got one and if so, could you take a peek at the PSU and let me know what it says? The info on the back of the router itself is useless and I'd prefer not to be notified by smoke signals of using the wrong power adapter!
