Eircom downgraded?

lo i've had the 3meg line from eircom since it first came out, but since the last few days the speed has been reduced to a 2 meg connection. Any others have a similer problem at the moment, i was thinking that it could be wheather related?

my utv 2mbit seems uncannily like 1mbit for the past few days alright..
