I take it you have driven the E92 335i to form that opinion?

only the 335d M sport when it arrived in september. i'm not basing my opinion on the power so it's much of a muchness.

I've driven behind a 335 for a few hours on the way to cork, what a gorgeous looking car, made him a bit nervous by staying behind him all the way, but wanted to shake his hand when he stopped in a garage in urlingford, there was 2 of em there musta been advertising the car, it's sex on wheels.

Ok, so you are basing your opinion on the 335i Coupé - a 3L twin turbo petrol, by driving the diesel equivalent? Strange :)

To OMB, congrats and good luck with the 6er

that's exactly what i'm doing. power isn't relevant to the ride and feel. the car just doesn't feel as expensive as it is, which bothers me.
