    Australian incumbent Telstra has decided it will not participate in its own broadband churn process, for customers transferring between ISPs.

    Obviously Telstra's BigPond is trying to lock out 50% of the retail market from easily changing ISPs.

    Australia is probably the only wealthy country I can think of that is worse than Ireland for BB.
