Help choosing an external hard drive?

    Hi,

    I'm looking for some help on an external hard drive please.

    I've been told that getting an internal one with an enclosure will be cheaper than buying a ready made external one, right?

    I've found this http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=312836 and this http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.asp?sku=307146, are they compatible?

    Is that a good price?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance :)

    Max Burns on Bachelors walk have a special at the mo: 320GB external LaCie drive for €129 .... makes sense!

    Sweet except I'm not gonna get a chance to get into town. Should've stated that I wanted to buy online. :(

    At this stage would you not get a Sata drive.
    Ide is rapidaly dying

    They have a place in Tallaght too? (not sure if you mean Co. Dublin or City) And I'm sure they would take a sale over the phone and ship it - decent guys.
