Hi, Could anyone recommend a not-too-expensive surveyor who could write up a valuation report for me? I'm re-mortgaging and it's a requirement for the bank. Thanks, K.

Well each bank will only accept valuations from certain valuers.

Try Vincent Finnegans in Dundrum www.finnegans.ie

He will cover teh whole of Dublin (dont know where you live...)

As Jenben said, it depends on the bank. Each bank has a panel of valuers from which they will only accept valuations on standard forms. Let me know what bank it is and I'll give you a list of their valuers.
