Garmin Streetpilot C510 Deluxe VS Airis 290XXL

What are peoples overall opinions on these devices. How do they compare? Any usefull features that one has and the other doesnt?

The garmin Seems the better choice, but the Airis comes with an SD card.
Whats the situation with Maps? Can you only get a free upgrade to 2007 maps with the Garmin?

absolutely raging.
I travelled out to Halfords 2 days ago to buy a satnav system.
i got lost on the way and by the time i got there it was closed.
plus i got lost on the way home!!!

So i went back to halfords tonight to buy a tom tom one europe. Been planning on getting this for a while..
Went out and they had just sold the last one... I needed a satnav system so bad I went for the Garmin Streetpilot C510 Deluxe.
The reason being - it has navteq mapping

So i got home, logged on to read reviews about it and realised its available on expansys for 230 euro. I payed 300!!!
im gutted..
The one I have is the deluxe edition but the one for 230 on pixmania doesnt mention deluxe.. Is it the same or???
