    Saw this on Sky News, good schtuff. :)

    The CCTV operator in Bridgwater, Somerset, saw the vandals wrecking the tree.
    Descriptions of the yobs were quickly phoned in to police and officers nearby were alerted. The hooligans then strolled off - unaware that they are about to be forced to return to the scene of the crime. The yobs are forced to undo the damage. Council bosses decided to release the images as an extra humiliation to the vandals - and an added incentive not to do it again.
