BT Bill

I finally received my first paper BT Bill today for Broadband and Total Talk. The only thing listed on the bill is a summary of call and internet charges and then the top 10 calls & most frequently dialled calls are on the back.

Are BT meant to provide a fully itemised bill? If not, can you request one at no extra charge?

I don't get a paper bill so I don't know the format but if you register on the BT website you can view your bill there. I can view the itemised section there.

Just a quick issue regarding online billing from BT, i recently signed up with them and noticed on my bill I am getting charged €1.24 for mailbox extra and telephone €4.43. Now I never asked for a mailbox extra account to be setup i just wanted ordinary voicemail, no extra mailboxs or anything like that and is that charge of €4.43 for rental of a telephone off them? I certainly do not have a phone rented off BT I am using my own privately bought phone.

Does anybody know how to get these two charges off my bill without having to ring customer service?
