anyone out there with this company having trouble .cannot make outgoing calls but can recieve calls.my account is up to date.there customer care number is out too,getting a feeling it could be like smart telecom

i used to work for them

id leave them asap and go to eircom, more expensive but you get what u pay for,
this problem has happened to a lot of people i spoke to
