Is anyone aware of a day care for dogs? I dont fancy getting my house trashed by my new puppy. I will be at work but able to come home at lunch for an hour, but I am well aware of the whirlwind of chaos a bored dog can leave in its wake.
    I live in Phibsboro area.

Perhaps you should postpone getting a dog until you have more spare time to spend on training and looking after it. ( Sorry - I dont mean to sound as though I'm preaching, but a dog thrives on human company ). :)

Why did you get a dog if you're out at work all day?

Puppies need constant supervision while awake and plenty of company.
    Simple as that.
If you cannot provide that 24/7 then you may be wise to consider an older dog.
