The FA Premier League has launched legal proceedings against one of the largest suppliers of foreign satellite equipment to the licensed trade in the UK.

The company in question are called QC Leisure and are a well established company who specialise in foreign satellite systems and also Art sport cards.

QC Leisure's statement and some other peoples views on the pending case available from here

This case, if it does actually happen, could have serious consequences for both parties.

This is an interesting one to keep an eye on. But ofcourse this would only apply to the UK wouldnt it?
