Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

K800i on Vodafone

I have the k800i and had it since it came out. When it came out it went on live no problem and sent and recieved mms messages without any difficulty. However i cannot anymore, i have two handsets and both are the same. I have sent the settings to them on many occasions, even trying the k750i settings. The error i get is this when trying to download pic messages or going online "Internet profile error, please check your settings."

It all stopped working when i went to the uk about two months ago. I was sent a few texts saying change of ownership is taking place. After i got back my phone was messed up and wouldn't caller id the calls and withheld my number from other phones. I got onto vodafone and they sorted this out. So i believe it's something to do with their settings on there side as i have tried both the different phones.

What could this be? Any ideas so i can ring up and ask them about it? You know how they can be when they don't 'support' the phone. But if it was just a mater of changing something on the account to be allowed then it would be great to know as its so frustrating it used to work perfectly but now i am without picture messages. Any info would be brilliant! Thanks :p

Sounds like a problem in on your acct. Make sure you are provisioned for everything with the change of ownership.
