Skiing and Rollerskating ?

Hey, Im goin' first time skiing in January. But i like rollerblading and im good enough and I was just wondering would my experience with blading help me to learn skiing faster ? Or will i find it easy anyway ? Thanks, Barry.

Techniques are different - but you should have developed good balance, won't be to afraid of falling, will be phsically fit and will be used to using your legs to change direction so should understand the dynamics required to help change direction etc
