    Try setting the priority of FahCore_a3.exe to "High" in Task Manager. You won't notice a difference while you're on the computer, but when it's idle, it should drop the TPF a bit. :)

    Wouldn't that set the priority above that of the other apps, killing performance? Of course, it doesn't help that I'm a) gaming on my PC and not the XBox and b) not running the rig 24/7 at the moment :o

    And if you were wondering... the P6701 finished its run this afternoon! :D

    Nah, it'll still throttle when other applications need the CPU.

    And yeah, everyone has them right now. And 611s on the Fermis. Bad day for a Foldathon. :(

    Would it make you feel better to know almost my entire team have been getting 670x WUs, as well as 2684s when they do get -bigadv WUs.... and only 611s on their GPU3s? They're all horrible WUs.

    I think Stanford are trying to get rid of the points-only Folders. :p

    I suspect more competitive users have been flushing their clients to try and dodge as many bad WUs as possible, causing a backlog :o Now we all get to suffer together! :o:p

    At least my lifetime history average is close to 1k PPD now :D Sixth!! :P

    Nah... I don't let them wipe the WUs. They'll suffer and they'll like it. :p

    Oh, and that average on EOC is for the last 7 days, not lifetime, IIRC. ;)

    Well... since most teams (certainly the top ones) give hell when someone suggests it, there won't be many people posting about it. :p

    But looks like it's just Stanford getting some bad WUs out... it'll pass.

    And we have dual i7s at OCN. We is elite.
