We are currently using a Bt Cordless Phone on an Eircom line and have recently been getting other peoples' voicemail in our box. This is apparently because we are using a BT Cordless phone and not an Eircom…

Firstly I am not sure if I have posted this in the right section, so if it is in the wrong place - please forgive me. This is apparently because we are using a BT Cordless phone and not an Eircom version. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If I change the handset will it eradicate it?
