Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Terminating a Partnership

Having been involved in a partnership to promote a particular product (software, written by me, not transferred to partnership), and having felt that my partner was entirely failing to pull his weight, I have decided to effectively terminate the partnership and start a limited company with another person.

The CRO requires both partners to sign a Cessation of Trading form - and my current level of disagreement with my ex-partner is such that he will not return calls or otherwise co-operate. There seems to be no other way of formally dissolving a partnership - the law seems fairly archaic.

What risks do I run by proceeding as intended? Is there another way of dissolving the partnership, or does this need to be done formally at all?
