Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Oh yeah, I'm one of those retards that tried to put in the Play & Charge kit while playing Tiger Woods 07 and moved the console a fraction of an inch :(

So now i'm wondering where can i get the disc repaired? I'm not really in the habit of buying a new one when a Disc Doctor or something will simply remove th scratches :)

Anybody know anywhere that repairs CD's?

Also, the xBox is freezing constantly. I have the power brick up off the ground so air is getting at it from every angle, I've also got the console well ventilated and it freezes randomly, usually before 1 hour of gameplay. It freezes with all games (GoW, Smackdown, Fight Night, Halo, Halo 2, Tiger Woods *when it worked* and Rainbow Six Vegas) ..ideas?

I've checked the consoles time, removed the hard drive, erased the profiles etc etc and it still freezes...

If it freezes alot then you are probably better off sending it to Microsoft to be repaired as it will only get worse (speaking from experience).

Smyths repair game DVDs I think, pretty sure I seen a sign there the last time I was in the one on Fonthill Rd.

I managed to buff out the scratch with a lot of hard word, toothpaste and vaseline so Tiger Woods is back :D

I lifted the power block off the ground onto a mesh shelf under the tv and the freezing problem disappeared aswell - happy days..*shakes fist*

If your xbox is under 3 years old M$ will do it for free, but if it's not covered, you can try these guys http://consolerepairsdublin.com.
