new years party playlist..

    been asked to play a new years party in a local pub and am desperately seeking a few more songs to add to the "set"..

    atm, the playlist ranges from james brown to beatles to jackson 5 to razorlight..

    the type of songs i'd be looking for are the type that get played at weddings down the country etc :) upbeat 60's/70's songs.. this is a country pub with the majority being a fairly oldish crowd..

    any ideas?

    try traditional stuff like abba,james brown...ect.that usually keeps the coffin dodgers happy. put on a bit of dj tiesto at the end of the nite to clear them out

    i was looking for songs in particular though.. i'm sure there are plenty of hidden gems i've forgotten about..
