Changing Number of Rings

Ive recently switched Home Phome providers from Eircom to BT and now my phone only rings 5 times before entering my mailbox. Ive tried changing it with *62* and entering a number of rings but to no avail. Anyone got any experience with this, I'm constantly missing calls now :(
