I thought I'd post and say how impressed I am with Eircom's online customer service. I emailed them today at 13:45pm and received a response, with my query resolved, at 14:20pm. That has got to be one of the fastest email responses I have received in a long time. The email I used was webmaster@eircom.ie :) . Unfortunately…
