    Actually it's just the result of a monopoly, much like the way blocking eircoms servers would have blocked most of the broadband users here a few years ago.

Consequently, comments left on this page may be received by other users of this IP and appear to be irrelevant.     And even funnier is that the telcoms regulator out there ran our Chorus for years . He did a fabulous job there as we know so there is no hope for (all of) Qatar.
