Akercocke are going quite a while now but "words that go . . . ." was my favourite by a long way. Recording a new album at the moment i think.

I've liked Gojira for quite i while. I had "the link" before everyone was raging about "from mars to sirius"

Gojira - can't recommend them enough.

Akercocke - saw them a few years back in TBMC supporting Sikth I think (or was it Chimaira?) and they did nothing to enamour me. I've subsequently listened to plenty of their stuff and the feeling's the same.

Will give the other 2 a listen, thanks Ken.

Aye, Zero Hour have a few albums under their belt too, but they're relatively new. Words That Go Unspoken was definetly a phenominal album, and I'll be looking out for Akercocke's next release.

Not sure will To-Mera be your thing, but I think Zero Hour will be a bit of an interesting listen for you, it's ever so slightly mental. ;)

    Quite liking Zero Hour there...

I've been listening to To-Mera for about a year now. It was brilliant to hear when they got signed last year and then got a spot on Bloodstock 06. Transcendental is a fantastic album, for any prog metal fans out there.

I have The Link and From Mars To Sirius by Gojira, still can't say I'm a great fan. Akercocke on the other hand...
