Gerkros Woodpecker boiler owners please read and respond...

Hi We have a 50kw Gerkros boiler and are happy enough with it. We have had a few issues with it which have in fairness been addressed by Gerkros and the boiler has been working well. However at the end of November we received another bulk delivery from Balcas and the quality of the pellets is terrible... about 50% saw dust…

Agree with Topman we found that Gerkros solved all the problems we had any time with their own engineer. Few times our plumber looked at boiler and made it worse! Gerkros engineers know their boilers and really can fine tune them. So Paul get back to Gerkros and get them to book an engineer to call out and solve your problems. Good quality pellets are key to any boiler. Must
try firestixx Topman...how much do they work out for bulk delivery?

Dearer than balcas, about €220/ton but if bought before last september he was willing to fix the price for 12 months. Worth a try now.
