My garden is a disaster area! it's water logged and patchy and in need of serious work. I have never done any gardening before though and need some advice. Do I wait til it has completely dried out before hiring a rotavator or do I do it when wet? When is the best time to put down grass seed? What do I do between…

What is hoeing and is it essential?
