If you are looking for second hand, keep a watch on adverts.ie->For Sale Adverts->Computer Hardware FS. Look at the Dell Outlet store also as you might pick up something nice for cheap.

Which is exactly what I suggested here.

I also suggested putting an add requesting broken laptops, not a new thread here.
