Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

OK spent two years working in a Hotel. I got the sack and was handed my P45 last October. The owners lost a court case and they now owe all the staff more money, i.e paying them the extra rates for working Sundays and Bank Holidays. All the staff are getting their extra wages, am I entitled to some of this seen as I worked…

All the staff are getting their extra wages, am I entitled to some of this seen as I worked there during this time. As I said, I was sacked and I have been given a P45.

Sounds like something to take up with a solicitor; though you may get a polite answer from the Hotel Accounting office depending on your reason for leave.

More importantly: Just what is this concerning Sunday and Holiday pay? I'm a part-timer but I get none of that: still wondering if I'm entitled to something...
