bt broadband speeds

    hi I checked my speed on irishisp speed test. although I am on the 2mb package the download speed I am getting is around 340mbps and upload of 177. Is this right or should I contact bt it seems very low. one thing it could be is that I checked the speed at around 9pm so the contention could be high.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    I would check the speed over a few days before making a complaint. Remember you purchased a contended product and that's what BT and most of the isps will tell you when you complain.

    Have you checked your line stats?
