Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

EDIT: 4:22am here and I've been awake for about 1hr.

Doesn't waking up in the dark and going to be in the light mess with your head?

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,138 ✭✭✭takola

I worked at 7-7 shift for about 3 months before giving up because I saw no daylight while working it. I'm fairly nocturnal by nature but no daylight really doesn't work for me at all.

And I get the peaceful thing. I love being up all night, no one bothers you (for the most part) and it's really quiet. I like that.

But I find waking in the dark disorienting and trying to sleep during the daylight impossible. I guess you're lucky that it doesn't bother you. :)

I don't drink whiskey Du. For one it smells bad and two it burns going down and three it really knocks me out. I like things that just make your lips numb a little and you don't know how bad off you are till you stand up to leave:D:pdrunk.gif
